* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Delores Truman
Delores J. Truman, New Knoxville, OH died 11:45 a.m. Thursday October 27, 2016 in the emergency department of JTDM Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born October 9, 1939 in Columbus, OH to Howard and Dorothy (Webb) Garrett.
Survivors include: son Ron Robert (Rosalie) Carpenter of St. Marys, OH; daughter Kelly Truman of New Knoxville, OH; daughter Ramona Truman of New Knoxville, OH; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; sister Fay Bossert of Columbus, OH; sister Phyllis Talley of Chicago, IL; several nieces and nephews; a dear family friend Valerie Kemmann of New Knoxville, OH.
Preceded in death by: parents Howard and Dorothy Garrett; son Eric Sullivan; son Gary Truman; brother Jack Ellison; brother Thomas Ellison; brother William Garrett; sister Betty Boerger.
She was a homemaker and worked as an STNA at the Valley Nursing Home in St. Marys for many years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in St. Marys. Delores enjoyed playing BINGO and spending time with her family. She was also fond of animals, especially her "furbaby" Molly Marie and her 4 "grand-furbabies": Cheyanne, Bindi, Mittens and Muffins.
Faith was important to Delores, and her family is comforted by the fact that she knew her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Rites are scheduled to begin 11:00 a.m. Tuesday November 1, 2016 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys.
Visitation 2–4 and 6–8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
