* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Woman dies after falling from pickup

CELINA - A 19-year-old woman died after falling out of a moving pickup truck in a farm field, according to the Mercer County Sheriff's Office.
Alivia M. Nuding, 19, 769 N. Walnut St., Celina, reportedly was transported to Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater, where she was later pronounced dead, according to a sheriff's office news release. [More]
