* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

At 441 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over New Bremen, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, Kettlersville, Fryburg, and Lake Loramie State Park.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 102 and 110.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Alivia Nuding

Alivia M. Nuding, 19 of Celina, passed away at Mercer Health Hospital, Coldwater, Ohio on October 30, 2016.

She was born April 22, 1997 in Celina, Ohio.

Survivors include her father, Aaron Nuding, Celina; her mother, April (Brock) Borger, Celina; a brother, Lane Nuding, Celina; two sisters, Presley Nuding, and Swayze Borger, both of Celina; grandparents, Ron (Sue) Boess, Celina, Randy Piper, St. Marys, Steve Gonzalez, Celina, Dee (Kelly) Nuding, Celina, JoAnn (Ned) Pryer, Celina, Carl Borger, Celina, and Joyce (Jim) Ross, St. Marys; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Alivia was a 2015 graduate of Celina Senior High School. She worked at Westwood Car Wash in Celina.

Alivia was a fun loving teen and lived life to its fullest. She knew no strangers and loved everyone. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, taking pictures, listening to music, mudding and four wheeling.

Visitation hours will be from 2-8 pm, Wednesday, November 2, 2016 in the Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.

Funeral services will begin at 10:30 am on Thursday in Bethany United Methodist Church, Celina, with Rev. Jon Exman officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at North Grove Cemetery, Celina, OH.
