* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill will occur late tonight into Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

Restoration work continues this week on Celina City Hall. Council members recently set aside $21,000 for continued restoration of the structure built in 1890. Periodically, the building requires masonry repairs, chemical cleaning and application of water-repellent sealant.
