* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

At 542 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Waynesfield, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Ada, Alger, Waynesfield, Mcguffey, Uniopolis, Walton, and State Route 195 at State Route 235.

Mildred Knapke
Mildred E. "Millie" Knapke, age 90, of Maria Stein, died October 31, 2016 at her residence.
She was born July 23, 1926, in St. Henry, to the late Norbert & Victoria (Thobe) Klenke. On July 10, 1948, she married Urban Knapke, who survives in Maria Stein.
She is also survived by seven children, Linda & Jim Schwieterman of Maria Stein, David & Carol Knapke of Ft. Recovery, Norma Jean & Joe Puthoff of Chickasaw, Kenneth & Marilyn Knapke, Sharon & Gene Evers, Gary & Terri Knapke, and Dale & Katie Knapke all of Maria Stein. Millie is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, and siblings: Elmer & Mary Lou Klenke, Delores Muhlenkamp, Esther Goettemoeller, Anne & Paul Tobe, Ivo & Ginny Klenke, and Pat & Joe Brackman, and in-laws: Francis Klenke, June Klenke, Joan Ranly and Lucille Kramer.
She was preceded in death by a grandson, John Schwieterman, siblings: Bill Klenke, Bob Klenke, Don Klenke and Mary Lou Ranly, and in-laws: Marvin Muhlenkamp, Daniel Goettemoeller, Lily Klenke, Ray Mock, Harold Ranly, Mike Stachler, Aloys & Dorena Knapke, Eleanor & Harry Winkeljohn, Andrew & Lorena Knapke, Bert & Addie Knapke, Al Kramer, and Elmer & Agnes Knapke.
Millie was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, and the St. Anne's Sodality. She was a homemaker and loved being with her family.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, November 4, 2016 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday and from 9:00 to 9:45 AM on Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
