At 459 PM EDT, gusty showers were located along a line extending from near Ada to near Northridge, moving east at 25 mph. Some of these showers are capable of producing funnel clouds and isolated thunder.
HAZARD...Funnel clouds and wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include... Marysville, Bellefontaine, Urbana, Kenton, Ada, Plain City, Richwood, St. Paris, West Liberty, Mechanicsburg, North Lewisburg, Forest, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Dunkirk, Alger, Belle Center, West Mansfield, and Chippewa Park.
Conditions are favorable for the development of weak, brief funnel clouds. This type of funnel cloud is harmless, but on rare occasions they can briefly touch down, producing wind gusts over 50 mph. If a funnel cloud is spotted move indoors and report your sighting to the National Weather Service.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Adam Long
Adam Le Long, of Westerville, Ohio passed away on October 31, 2016 at the age of 43.
He was born in Celina, Ohio on August 4, 1973.
He graduated from Celina High School in 1991. He has been a member of the United States Air Force for 24 years, as active, reserve, and the Ohio National Guard. He has earned two degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
Adam was deployed around the world multiple times throughout his military career. He did a remote tour in Kunsan, Korea for a year. Then, served six tours to the Middle East. He was also a Fire Fighter for 17 years at Celina Fire Department and Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC).
Adam leaves behind wife, Lore (Weikel) Long, his wife of 16 years, daughter, Micah (Engle) and Derek Pease of Wapakoneta, son, Luke Matthew Long of Westerville. He also leaves behind Parents, Ruth (Mowery) and Jerry Long, and two sisters, Amanda and John Fischer of Ansonia and Sara and Ray Wood of Rockford.
Adam was a wonderful husband, devoted father, brother, friend, and son. He was a brave and courageous Fireman and Air Force member. He greeted everyone with a warm and welcoming smile and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday Nov. 5, 2016 at the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina, with Rev. Jeff Gramza and Pastor Jay Scott officiating.
Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. on Friday Nov. 4, 2016 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina and from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday Nov. 5, 2016 at the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina.
