* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Election day at last

Richard Phillips votes at the Galleria in Celina this morning. In Mercer County, 7,440 of the 28,734 registered voters had cast their ballots ahead of Election Day, according to board of elections director Laura Bruns. Auglaize County Board of Election Director Michelle Wilcox said on Monday that the office had received 5,854 total early ballots. Voters who have not mailed their ballot may still deliver the ballot in-person to their board of elections before the polls close at 7:30 p.m. On Monday, Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted announced an estimated 1,798,277 absentee ballots had been cast statewide before Election Day.
