* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Dylan McVicker
Dylan Richard McVicker "Grim Thor" 22, died at 6:18 AM on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at his residence in Lima, Ohio.
Dylan was born on December 31, 1993, in Lima, Ohio, to Donald L. McVicker who preceded him in death and Diana (Peggs) (Skip) McVicker-Schumaker who survives in Lima.
He worked at Pizza Hut and worked as an actor at Hammer Brothers Haunted Circus. He was an avid skate boarder, loved to play the guitar and loved getting ink and showing off his tattoos.
He is survived by his, sister, Danielle McVicker; a nephew - Preston Tyson, of Lima, OH; and numerous, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Don & Shelba Snider-Hubbard, his paternal grandparents, Eugean (Juanita) McVicker, and his grandfather Larry Peggs.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Friday, November 11, 2016 at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, Ohio, where a funeral service will begin at 7:00 PM. Rev. Russ Thomas will officiate.
