* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Betty Bubp
Betty A. Bubp, 86, of rural St. Marys, OH died Tuesday November 8, 2016 at Otterbein-St. Marys.
She was born July 7, 1930 in Washington Twp.–Auglaize Co., OH to Clarence and Esther (Tostrick) Schroer. On September 29, 1949 in Newport, KY she married Geary Lee Bubp, who died March 28, 1984.
Survivors include: son Kyle (Lyn) Bubp of St. Marys, OH; son Kevin (Malinda) Bubp of St. Marys, OH; daughter Beverly (Joe) Westerfield of Celina, OH; daughter L. Katie (Craig) Hertenstein of St. Marys, OH; daughter Melanie Curl of St. Johns, OH; 18 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; brother Lloyd Schroer of New Bremen, OH; brother Kenneth (Barbara) Schroer of Bellefontaine, OH; brother Richard (Nancy Eudy) Schroer of Oak Ridge, NC.
Preceded in death by: parents Clarence and Esther Schroer; husband Geary Lee Bubp; brother Warren Schroer; brother Donald Schroer; infant brother Dale Schroer; son-in-law Dwight Curl.
She was a graduate of New Bremen High School (Class of 1948). She worked as a milk tester for the Auglaize Co. Dairy Service for 40 years.
She was a member of the Auglaize Co. Historical Society and the New Bremen Senior Citizens.
Her favorite pastimes included reading, gardening (flowers and vegetables), making crafts and doing counted cross stitch. Betty dearly loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life in honor of Betty will be held 2-4 p.m. Sunday November 20, 2016 at Noble Twp. Community Center.
Memorial contributions may be directed to either Grand Lake Hospice or Auglaize Co. Historical Society.
