* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Rosella Braun
Rosella C. (Dolly) Braun, age 93 of Coldwater, died on Monday, November 21, 2016 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born on September 21, 1923 in Frenchtown to the late Leonard & Margaret (Henry) Barga. On June 18, 1947 she married Louis L. Braun and he died October 30, 1990.
She is survived by children: Mike Braun of Celina, Tom & Mary Jo Braun of Coldwater and Sue & Tony Fella of Coldwater; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; siblings: Jim & Carolyn (Pooch) Barga, Bob & Joann Barga and Martha & Tom Murphy; in-laws Marvin Braun, Donald & Ginny Braun, Albert Braun, Linda Braun and Eileen Braun.
She is preceded in death by a son Steve Braun; a daughter in law Rebecca Braun; and siblings and in laws: Cy & Helen Barga, Cecilia & Bernard Subler, Mildred & Eugene Thobe, Luke Barga, Bill & Vera Barga, Fred & Romilda Braun, Rita & Carlos Tosti, Helen Braun, Stanley Braun, Robert Braun, Paul Braun, and an infant Adrian Braun.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, the St. Ann Rosary Altar Sodality and the Coldwater Bowling Hall of Fame. She was the former co-owner of Braun's Radio & TV in Coldwater. Rosella loved spending time with her family.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Holy Trinity Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 until 8 pm Friday and 9:00 until 10:00 am Saturday at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
