* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 9 inches.
* WHERE...Auglaize, Hardin, and Mercer Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Saturday to noon EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.

Soggy tree lighting

Rain moved the lighting celebration of New Bremen's village Christmas tree indoors Monday evening. New Bremen High School students sang carols and local residents gathered to watch the lighting of the tree from inside the library. Santa Claus greeted children and Christmas cookies were shared while spectators viewed the lights through the windows.
