* WHEN...Until 315 PM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in Wapakoneta, southwest of Kenton, and throughout Logan County. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, Kenton, Russells Point, Lakeview, Waynesfield, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Roundhead, Mount Victory, Rushsylvania, Mcguffey, Huntsville, Ridgeway, Uniopolis, State Route 195 at State Route 235, Jumbo, Walton and New Hampshire.

William Vian
William J. "Bill" Vian, age 62, of Celina, died Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Mercer Health in Coldwater.
He was born September 28, 1954 in Greenville to the late Joseph L. & Dolores M. (Langenkamp) Vian.
He is survived by siblings, Kathy & Jerry Hoover of West Manchester, Ken & Cathy Vian of Celina, Dan & Ann Christine Vian of Rockford, Marge & Mike Kuehner of Ft. Loramie, Janice & Roger Diller of St. Anthony, Helen & Gary Moeder of New Bremen, Harold Vian & Fiancee Natalie of Celina, and Gerald & Lori Vian of Celina.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. He was an owner of Blue Ribbon Feed Mill in Carthagena and enjoyed farming.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, December 12, 2016 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina. Burial will follow in St. Martins Cemetery, Osgood.
Friends may call from 1 to 6 PM on Sunday and 9 to 9:45 AM on Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
