* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

Michelle Miller
Michelle "Shelly" Miller, 40, Saint Marys, Ohio, died Monday, December 19, 2016, at her residence, following an extended illness.
She was born April 20, 1976, in Saint Marys, the daughter of Gary Henning and Jean Moore. Her mother, Jean (Virgil Kahlig) Moore survives in Portland, Indiana; her father, Gary Henning, survives in Grant, Alabama.
She is also survived by her two children: Dylan Miller and Aubrey Miller, both of Saint Marys; by her sister, Jennifer Thornburg of Lima; by Chad Miller of Saint Marys; and by her mother-in-law, Jan Miller of Wapakoneta. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Shelly was a 1995 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School. She was employed at Setex Corporation in Saint Marys, and was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
Her kids were her life; she enjoyed watching them play football, and she liked making all kinds of crafts.
Funeral rites will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 22, 2016, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys, Father Barry Stechschulte, officiant. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from noon until the time of services on Thursday at the funeral home, where memorial donations may be given to a fund for Shelly's kids.
