* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 AM EDT, local law enforcement has reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

Garold Rismiller
Garold C. Rismiller, 67 of New Weston, Ohio passed away on Monday December 19, 2016 at 3:36 PM at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio.
He was born February 24, 1949 in Greenville, Ohio the son of the late Clarence & Edith (Riffle) Rismiller.
He was a retired forklift operator and farmer.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife: Irene (Mertz) Rismiller of New Weston; children & spouses: Aaron & Morgan Rismiller, Elaine Rismiller, Philip & Melissa Rismiller, Alan & Renee Rismiller; granddaughters: Sophia, Charlotte, & Lexie; brothers & sisters & spouses: Carolyn & Marvin Fourman, Virgil Rismiller, Judy Nast, Nelson Rismiller, Harold Rismiller & Robin Wolfe, Mark Rismiller, Joyce Swisher, Gloria & Mark Burns, Faye & Rick Harmon; numerous nieces & nephews.
Services will be held on Thursday December 22, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Bill Maki officiating. Burial will follow in St Bernard Catholic Cemetery, Burkettsville, Ohio.
Family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday December 21, 2016 at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
