* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer. * WHEN...Until 800 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 338 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Ruby Arvesta Clausing, 93, formerly of Wapakoneta, died at 10:48 p.m. Jan. 2, 2017, at St. Marys Living Center.
Private family services and burial will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.
Memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association.
