* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Periods of thunderstorms are possible Thursday evening through the overnight hours. These storms could lead to additional flooding.

Judy Lesse
Judy Arlene Lesse died January 6, 2017 at her residence in Celina, OH.
She was born March 8, 1935 in Ajalune, WA, the daughter of Alfred and Lovie (Belcher) Blankenship.
She is survived by: Son, Daniel (Melissa) Lesse of Mora, NM; Son, Paul (Dawn) Lesse of New Albany, IN; Daughter, Lois (W. Thomas) Massalsky of Celina, OH; Daughter, Leah Wing of Celina, OH; Daughter, Ruth (Jeff) Proctor of Canal Winchester, OH; 22 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; Brother, Brien (Jan) Blankenship of Medford, OR.
She was preceded in death by parents, Alfred and Lovie Blankenship; by her husband, Theodore Max Lesse; son, David Max Lesse; brothers, Clint and Rex Blankenship and a sister, Lorene VanDoren.
She raised her children in southern Indiana and spent the majority of her retirement in Cortez, CO. In 2014 she moved to be near her three daughters.
Private family services were held.
The family will host a celebration of life on March 8, 2017 in Celina, OH. Family and friends will host a Celebration of Life in Cortez, CO at a later date.
Arrangements were handled by Miller Funeral Home in St. Marys, OH.
