Christine Storer
Christine Marie Storer, 60, Saint Marys, died 11:15 a.m. Thursday, January 26, 2017, at Lima Memorial Hospital.
She was born December 27, 1956, in Lima, Ohio, the daughter of William and Mary (Reier) Fiebelkorn.
She married Steve Storer on June 16, 1978, at Saint Paul's United Church of Christ in Saint Marys; he survives at the residence.
She is also survived by her mother, Mary Fiebelkorn of Saint Marys; by her children: Craig Storer of Greenville, Ohio; Tonya Storer of Rockford, Ohio; Kim Storer of Saint Marys.
Christine is survived by her 5 grandchildren: Casey Storer; CJ Storer; India McElroy; Justin McElroy; Tianna McElroy; and by a great-grandchild, Asher James Barnes.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Christine was a 1975 graduate of Saint Marys Memorial High School, and a 1979 graduate of Mercy Hospital School of Nursing. She retired from the Lima Correctional Institute, where she had served as a Registered Nurse for many years.
She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She enjoyed scrapbooking, camping, and spending time caring for her dogs.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 31, 2017, at Saint Patrick's Catholic Church, Glynnwood, Father Barry Stechschulte, celebrant. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, Saint Marys.
Friends may call from 3-8 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, where memorial gifts may be given to Christine's family. Condolences may be sent to her family via Millerfuneralhomes.net.
