* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Mary Ann Severt
Mary Ann Severt, age 92, of Coldwater, died Monday, January 30, 2017 at her residence.
She was born October 10, 1924 in Coldwater to the late Adam & Catherine (Braun) Gross. On November 27, 1952, she married Alvin C. Severt, who died July 25, 2006.
She is survived by seven children, Joseph & Peggy Severt of Coldwater, Charles & Ann Severt of Buford, GA, Diane & Jerry Prenger of Coldwater, Peggy & Tom Berning of McCartyville, Fred Severt of Coldwater & Brenda Moulton of Coldwater, David & Gail Severt of Wakefield, MA, and Shirley & Dan Siefring of St. Henry; 18 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. Mary Ann is also survived by siblings: Rita Heyne of New Bremen and Vincent & Alfreda Gross of Coldwater.
She was preceded in death by an infant grandson, and siblings Herbert & Madonna Gross, Clarence & Becky Gross, Cyril & Bertie Gross, Louis & Flora Jane Gross, Viola Bonifas, and Eugene & Blanche Gross, and a brother in-law: Robert Heyne.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater and the St. Ann Rosary Altar Sodality. Mary Ann never wavered in her faith in God and her passion in life was caring for her family.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM on Friday, February 3, 2017 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 PM on Thursday and from 9 to 10 AM Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
