* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Carol Whitehead
Carol Jean Whitehead, age 89, of St. Marys, OH died January 20, 2017 at Vancrest assisted living center, St.Marys, OH.
She was born December 22, 1927 in St. Marys, OH to Francis and Susie (Eshelman) Lehman.
She is survived by: Son, Jeffry Alan (Laurie) Whitehead of Chandler, AZ; Brother, Bernard (Beatrice) Lehman of St. Marys, OH; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by: parents Francis and Susie Lehman; daughter Susan Kay Whitehead; a great grandchild, her significant other, James McDermitt, former husband George Nelson Whitehead.
She had attended St.Marys Memorial High School. She was a retired production employee for the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. Her favorite pastimes included traveling, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
Rites are scheduled to begin 3:00 p.m. Friday February 3, 2017 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. Burial will take place at Resthaven Memory Gardens, near Moulton, OH.
