* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Two injured in crash

Emergency personnel respond to a two-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon on state Route 703 east of Celina. Celina Fire Department personnel responded with two ambulances and a fire truck. Two people were transported to Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys and one person was taken to Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater, according to a department spokesman. At least one Ohio State Highway Patrol officer also responded. Further details were not available at press time.
