Light snow will overspread the area from the northwest this morning. An increased coverage of snow showers is expected to develop this afternoon into the evening hours. Slick spots may develop on roads tonight as temperatures drop and northwest winds gust up to 30 mph. Coverage of snow showers is expected to decrease overnight before ending Monday morning. Most the area will see an accumulation of 1 to 2 inches. Locally higher amounts are possible in areas where heavier snow bands develop this afternoon into early evening.
Roadways may become slick. If traveling, be alert, slow down and allow extra time to reach your destination.

June Stoker
June Loreen Stoker, 83, Wapakoneta, and formerly of Saint Marys, died 7:30 P.M. Sunday, March 19, 2017, at her residence.
She was born April 15, 1933, in Botkins, Ohio, the daughter of Ord and Mary (Lee) McCullough. Her mother died when June was an infant, and she was raised by her step-mother, Noreen Gould McCullough. She married David Stoker on January 19, 1952, and he preceded her in death in May of 1992.
She is survived by her children: James Stoker (and Polly Fackler) of Cloverdale, Ohio; Cheryl Miley (and Tom Briggs) of Saint Marys; Kimberly Glante of Louisiana; Todd Stoker of Troy, Ohio. She is survived by 23 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Larry McCullough of Botkins and by a close friend, Gene Ruppard of Saint Marys.
She was preceded in death by her parents and step-mother; by her husband; by a daughter, Vicki Hughes; by a granddaughter, Tracie Oleyar.
She was a 1951 graduate of New Knoxville High School, and she retired from the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Saint Marys after 36 years of service.
She was a member of the First Church of New Knoxville and she enjoyed gardening, fishing, camping and listening to country music.
Funeral rites will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 24, 2017, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, the Reverend Joel Bucklin, officiant. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to the Cancer Association of Auglaize County.
