* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

The Mercer County Soil and Water Conservation District provided technical assistance to construct this feed lot cover at right near Celina. The covers prevent manure from mixing with rain and running off and possibly polluting water resources.
