* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts around 50 mph expected. Isolated gusts near 55 MPH are possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 11 AM Sunday to 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

The limestone ledge along the upper facades of the Mercer County Courthouse in Celina has been stained from exposure to the elements over the last 94 years. Wellman Brothers Inc. of Coldwater has been hired to restore the limestone.
