* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Piles of artificial flowers and other grave decorations lie at the rear of Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys after a clean-up late last week. Many family members are upset the cleaning included items that had been attached to the headstones. The cemetery's general manager has since apologized and communicated the cemetery's new rules for decorations that took effect Jan. 1.
