* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Joe Allen
Joe "Joe Joe" Dixon Allen, 33, formerly of St. Marys, OH died Friday May 5, 2017 in Dayton, OH.
He was born February 13, 1984 in Dayton, OH to Joe Eddie Allen and Vickie Jo Dixon.
He is survived by: brother Charles (Kelly) Dixon of Wapakoneta, OH; sister Sally Dixon of St. Marys, OH; brother Richard Dixon of St. Marys, OH; sister Kimberly (Stephen) Kondogianis of Glen Ellen, IL; sister Jillian (Lawrence) Nagler of Cincinnati, OH; a niece and several nephews.
Preceded in death by: father Joe Eddie Allen; mother Vickie Jo Dixon; brother Raymond Bey, Jr.
He was a construction worker in Dayton.
"Joe Joe" absolutely loved music and anything sci-fi. He was an avid Buckeyes fan. "Joe Joe" loved being outside and being surrounded by family and friends. He was blessed with a gift to make anyone laugh or smile.
He attended Wright State University, majoring in applied science technology.
Rites are scheduled to begin 2:00 p.m. Saturday May 13, 2017 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys. Pastor Butch Dixon will officiate the services.
Visitation 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
