* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities.

Smoky car fire

Celina firefighter Matt Schlater puts a hose under the hood to extinguish a car fire this morning behind the Marathon gas station on North Main Street. The fire department remained on the scene for about 30 minutes and responded with two firefighters.
