* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Wood artist displays works

Local artist Ray Feltz on Monday talked about his segmented wood projects to the Lake Area Arts Group at Mercer County District Library in Celina. Pictured are projects of his, from tiny eggs to decorative bowls, which are on display at the library.
