A farmer plants a field just north of Miller Road north of Celina on Tuesday afternoon. Mercer County Farm Service Agency technician Mike Baucher this morning estimated that 75 percent of corn and 40 percent of soybeans have been planted so far in the county. After much rain, a dry streak is needed to facilitate crop growth, he said.
