Southwest winds will increase this morning with the passage of a strong cold front. Southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 mph expected this morning into the afternoon before diminishing toward evening.

Elevator shaft going up

Construction crews at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater work to erect the elevator shaft that will go into the new west wing. Work on the $24 million three-story addition started in April and is expected to be complete in September 2018.
