A strong low pressure system will track across West Virginia tonight. On the backside of the low, an arctic airmass will spread into the Ohio Valley. Former Ohio Department of Natural Resources engineer Dave Kiefer and project manager Gary Harsanye cut the ribbon on the Little Chickasaw Boat Ramp on Friday. The $763,000 project was funded by portions of fishing license fees and a portion of the state gasoline tax.
