Periods of light snow will occur this evening and through the overnight. While accumulating snow is expected to end before Thursday morning, falling temperatures and light snow accumulations of one to two inches will result in slick travel tonight and early Thursday.
Slick spots can be expected on roadways, especially bridges and overpasses. If traveling, allow for some extra time to reach your destination and be prepared for wintery driving conditions.
In addition to the snowfall, falling temperatures combined with increased winds will result in feels-like temperatures near zero Thursday morning. If heading outdoors, dress in multiple layers.

Jeanette Eustache-Thaman
Jeanette Elizabeth Eustache-Thaman, 94, of Sidney, passed away at 11:00 PM on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Lane Park of Sidney.
She was born on May 14, 1923 in Botkins, Ohio, the daughter of the late Clem and Frances (Kinstle) Steinke. She married Floyd Eustache in March of 1943 and he preceded her in death on May 15, 1996. Jeanette then married Frank Thaman on August 9, 2002 and he survives in Sidney.
Jeanette is survived by 6 children; Victoria (Larry) Byrd of Jackson Center, Jane (Randy) Moomaw of Sugarcreek, Nancy (Dale) Schwieterman of St. Sebastian, Mary Lewis of Sidney, Mark (Julie) Eustache of Tipp City and Jennifer (Frank) Cardo of Sidney, 2 stepchildren, Kathy (Paul) Reed of Pendleton, SC and Steve (Judy) Thaman of Botkins, 2 daughter-in-law's, Jan Eustache of Sagamore Hills and Gwen Eustache of Tipp City, 29 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and 1 brother, Paul (Joyce Heinl) Steinke of Botkins.
Jeanette was preceded in death by 2 sons, Daniel and Richard Eustache, 1 great-grandchild and 4 siblings and their spouses; Robert (Margaret) Steinke, Leroy (Dorothy) Steinke, Bernard (Marjorie) Steinke and Betty (Jim) Kinninger.
Jeanette was a graduate of Botkins High School. She was a homemaker and retired from Schindler Elevator. Jeanette enjoyed many things in life but really enjoyed baking, playing Scrabble and traveling to different places including Florida. Most of all she loved her family and spending time with them.
Jeanette was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 with Rev. James Riehle officiating. Burial will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Botkins.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-8 PM and on Wednesday from 9-10 AM at Cromes-Edwards Funeral Home 302 S. Main Ave. Sidney.
In honor of Floyd Eustache, memorial contributions may be made to the National Ataxia Foundation (SCA1) in memory of Jeanette Eustache-Thaman.
