STRONG WINTER STORM IMPACTING THE OHIO VALLEY THROUGH TONIGHT
A strong low pressure system will track across West Virginia tonight. On the backside of the low, an arctic airmass will spread into the Ohio Valley. As temperatures fall below freezing, mixed precipitation is changing over to snow. Periods of heavy snow will be possible. It will also be very windy with northwest
