Patty Jones
Patty M. Jones, 72, Saint Marys, died 7:52 P.M. Saturday, July 29, 2017, at her residence.
She was born June 22, 1945, in Celina, Ohio, the daughter of Vernon and Rose (Miller) Hoagland.
She married John Jones on February 18, 1965, in Monroe, Michigan, and he survives at the residence.
She is also survived by her two children: Lincoln Jones of Saint Marys; Tina (Kevin) Grieshop of Mendon; by her grandchildren: Cody Jones; Destinee Jones and Collin Grieshop. She is survived by her siblings: Jean Ann Longstreth of Mendon; Gary Hoagland of Saint Marys.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by a brother, Butch Hoagland.
Patty attended Saint Marys Memorial High School. She had worked at the Saint Marys Cotton Mill for many years, and retired from Huffy Manufacturing in Celina. After retirement, she was a homemaker. Patty had a great love for animals and had raised dogs all of her life.
Private family funeral rites will be held 12:00 noon Wednesday, August 2, 2017, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Pastor Randy Christian, officiant. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Patty's family will gather at the funeral home from 10:00 am until the time of the funeral rites on Wednesday.
