* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Norma "Sam" Morden
Norma J. "Sam" Morden, age 71 of Celina, Ohio passed away at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday Aug. 1, 2017 at the St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
She was born on July 27, 1946 in Celina, Ohio to the late Joseph & Anne (Broz) Provci. On Jan. 24, 1967 she married Stanley F. Morden, who died April 11, 2001.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law Todd and Kimberly Morden, daughter and son-in-law Trisha and Dave McMurray, both of Celina, six grandchildren; Megan Morden, Cory Morden, Mallory McMurray, Keaton McMurray, Andrew and Heather McMurray, Carrie and Nathan Manns, two great grandchildren, a brother Gerald Provci, her sister Joanne Bowen, and a sister-in-law and brother-in-law Lorna and Tom Saddler all of Celina.
She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Jim Bowen.
Sam graduated from Celina High School with the Class of 1965. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Celina. She was formerly employed at The Daily Standard and was recently working as an aide with the Cheryl Ann Programs in Celina.
Sam loved to read and belonged to several book clubs and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and attending their sporting events.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday Aug. 7, 2017 at the First Presbyterian Church in Celina, with Rev. Nan Clancy officiating. Interment of her remains in the Mercer Memory Gardens Cemetery in Celina, will be held at a later date.
Friends may call from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday Aug. 6, 2017 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
