* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Ferdinand Franck
Ferdinand "Donald" Franck died on August 15, 2017.
Loving husband of Brenda Franck. Dear father of Kim, Kelly (Donna), Shannon Nolan (Craig), Chris Cain (Kylie), Kathy Franck Samborski, and Esther Dawn Nicholas. Grandfather of 15, great grandfather of 14, and great-great grandfather of 1. Beloved brother of Dennis (Joan) and Shirley (Liz) Franck.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Ferd & Esther Franck, two infant boys, Ferd, Jr. and Kenneth, his brother Robert Franck and grandson Joe Franck.
Family will receive friends Friday 1-2 p.m. at A.J. Desmond & Sons Funeral Home (Price Chapel), 3725 Rochester Road (between Big Beaver and Wattles), Troy, Michigan, 248-689-0700, with Memorial Service at 2 p.m.
