* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 11 AM Sunday to 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Oktoberfest button unveiled

Oktoberfest Committee Chairman Verne Wente, Minster Mayor Dennis Kitzmiller and Leon Mertz on Wednesday evening reveal the design of the Oktoberfest button for the 43rd annual celebration, which will be Sept. 29-Oct. 1. The button was designed by Gail (Riethman) Pavelschak of Columbus, a 1992 Minster High School graduate, and daughter of Harry and Diane Riethman of Minster.
