* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Robert Clark
Robert R. Clark age 86, Portland, passed away Sunday in Parkview Regional Hospital in Fort Wayne.
He was born in Jay County January 18, 1931 the son of Donald and Ruth (Steele) Clark. He was married November 7, 1952 to Mary Ann Seman who survives.
He was retired as sales manager for Jay Petroleum and had been parts manager for Maitlen Motors both in Portland. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict and was a 50-year member of the American Legion, Portland Moose Lodge, Portland Morning Optimist and a 1948 Saratoga High School graduate.
Surviving are his wife Mary Ann, one son C. Russell Clark (wife Misty) of Portland, three daughters Janet Bantz (husband Ken) of Portland, Barbara Sautbine (husband Gary) of Ft. Recovery, Ohio and Linda Dominguez (husband Jesus) of Holland, Mi. One sister Ruth Ann Coulter of Fairmount, In., nine granddaughters, two step-granddaughters, fifteen great grandchildren and three step great grandchildren
Funeral services will be Thursday at 2:00 PM in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Darrell Borders presiding. Burial will follow in the Little Salamonia Cemetery with military graveside rites by American Legion Post #211.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 3:00 – 7:00 PM. Memorials can be made to Jay County Heart Fund or United Way of Jay County. Online condolences at www.bairdfreeman.com.
