* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

John Cunningham II
John J. Cunningham II, age 37, of Celina, OH, died unexpectedly, on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, OH.
He was born November 20, 1979 in Saint Clair, PA.
Survivors include his mother, Gayle (James) Rettinger-Sweetie, Celina; a father, John J. (Therese) Cunningham, Butler, PA; a sister, Katherine Cunningham, Butler, PA; paternal grandparents, Ernie (Eleanor) Huffnagel, Clinton, PA; maternal grandmother, Helen Sweetie, Troy, AL; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Rebecca Cunningham; maternal grandparents, Edward (Margaret) Rettinger, and Robert Sweetie; and a paternal grandfather, Frank Parson.
John was a 1997 graduate of Burlington High School in Burlington, NC. He worked at Chief Supermarket in Celina as a third shift manager.
He was a life member of the V.F.W. Post #5713 Auxiliary in Celina. He enjoyed gaming, watching movies, fishing, and most of all spending time with his family.
John's final act was to give the gift of life through organ and/or tissue donation.
A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon, Friday, September 1, 2017 in the Mt. Carmel Church of God, 2493 Carmel Church Rd. Celina, Ohio; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. A luncheon will follow the services at the church.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
