* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Donald Huber
Donald L. Huber, 76, Fort Recovery, Ohio, died on September 2, 2017, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio.
He was born June 23, 1941, in Celina, OH, to the late Albert and Josephine (Huelsman) Huber.
Surviving are his two children, Anthony (Tonya) Huber of Coldwater, OH and Sandra (Mark) Hollenbacher of Botkins, OH; and his grandchildren, Ashely, Josh, Brett & Keith.
Preceding him in death was a son, Matthew.
He worked at the former Huffy Corporation, Celina, Ohio and was a member of American Legion Post 345, Fort Recovery. Donald was also a member of Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery.
A service will be 10:30 am Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, Fr. Ned Brown officiating. Burial will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery, St. Anthony, Ohio.
Calling is 5:00 pm-8:00 pm Wednesday and 9:30 am-till services Thursday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
In honor of his service, the American Legion will conduct military graveside honors.
