* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer.
* WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1240 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, Wabash, Mendon, Montezuma, Tama and Neptune.

Ralph Hussey
Ralph B. Hussey, 90, of Saint Marys, died 11:53 P.M. Wednesday, September 6, 2017, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital. He was born September 22, 1926, in Saint Marys, the son of Guy and Genevieve (Meyer) Hussey. He married Delores A. Sanders on November 20, 1948, and she preceded him in death on September 2, 2007.
He is survived by his children: Theresa (George) Haddox of Bullhead, Arizona; Elizabeth "Betsy" (Jim) Stricker of Minster; Douglas (Martha Zigler) Hussey of Celina; Susan (Dave) Doenges of Minster; RaJean (Mike) Archer of Saint Marys; Wayne Hussey of Saint Marys. He is survived by his 7 grandchildren and 4 step-grandchildren; by 11 great-grandchildren and 9 step-great-grandchildren. He is survived by his siblings: Marilyn (Bernie) Schroer of Saint Marys; Harold (Betty) Hussey of Saint Marys. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Ralph was preceded in death by his parents; wife; by his sister, Eileen Stienecker.
Ralph was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served during WWII. He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Saint Marys. He was a life member of American Legion Post 323, VFW Post 9289, DAV #119, Eagles Lodge 767. He was a member of Saint Paul's United Church of Christ in Saint Marys. He enjoyed watching the Reds, Buckeyes and Saint Marys Roughriders. He liked to fish, garden, play bingo and gamble.
Funeral rites will be held 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at the Miller Funeral Home, 1605 Celina Road, Saint Marys, Pastor Allen Sanders, officiant, where veterans' rites will be conducted by VFW Post 9289 and American Legion Post 323. Private family burial rites will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery.
