* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Joan Kemper
Joan M. "Annie" Kemper, age 83 of St. Henry, died on Sunday, September 17, 2017, at her residence.
Annie was born July 14, 1934, in Philothea, to the late August and Margaret (Puthoff) Wenning. On June 29, 1955, in St. Mary Church, Philothea, she married David "Dusty" Kemper, and he preceded her in death on April 23, 1978.
Annie is survived by her children, Linda & Jeff Koester of St. Henry, Bob & Angie Kemper of St. Henry, Teresa & Steve Smith of New Bremen, and Jim & Amy Kemper of St. Henry, 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters, Bernie Meiring of Celina, and Margie & Jack Moeller of St. Louis.
Annie is preceded in death by two sons, Richard and Dale, and sisters Rita & Paul Bruns, Mary & Carl Kohn, and a brother-in-law, Harold Meiring.
She was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry, Celina Moose, Coldwater V.F.W. Auxiliary, Coldwater Eagles, and the St. Henry Red Hat Ladies.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in St. Henry from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, September 19, and from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 20.
