* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

New software is needed to operate numerous operations at the Mercer County jail and likely will cost as much as $1 million, sheriff Jeff Gray says. He has proposed purchasing the software with revenue from several accounts.
