Plan identifies health issues
CELINA - Mercer County has problems with underage drinking and adult binge drinking, drug abuse, obesity and suicide, among other issues, according to a county health plan.
ST. MARYS - The St. Marys Police Department is collecting information on a reported stabbing that occurred at about 3:30 a.m. Thursday in the 100 block of South Pear Street.
