* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 1100 AM EDT.
* At 826 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Joseph Oldiges
Joseph E. Oldiges age 50 of Minster died at 1:50 PM on November 13, 2017 at his home in Minster, Ohio.
He was born on January 25, 1967 in St. Marys, Ohio. He is survived by his father & step mother Tom & Judy Oldiges & his mother & step father Bonita (Schwieterman) & David Becker.
He is also survived by his brothers & sisters: Linda & Mike Luebke, Bellefontaine, Lisa & Terry Griner, Minster, Theresa & Don Luebke, Minster, Dan & Linda Oldiges, Carmel, IN, Matt & Krista Oldiges, McCartyville and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister Mary Ann Oldiges, grandparents Edward & Margaret Oldiges and Harry & Anna Schwieterman.
Joe was a member of St. Augustine Church, Minster and worked at the family Business, Axis Corporation for 30+ years, at RTC Industries in Bellefontaine and recently at We Can Too, St. Marys. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, doing puzzles, dancing and going to sporting events.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 AM on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Ohio, with Rev. Rick Nieberding, celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at Hogenkamp Funeral Home Minster from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, November 17, and from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM on Saturday, November 18.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Wilson Hospice. Condolences may be left at hogenkampfh.com.
