The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Charles Dickman
Charles "Henry" Dickman V age 80 of Minster passed away at 9:10 AM on Thursday, November 23, 2017 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
  He was born on June 20, 1937 in Minster, Ohio to the late Charles Henry IV and Agnes (Ernst) Dickman. He married Dottie Klosterman on June 23, 1965 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma, she survives in Minster.
He is also survived by children: Charles Henry & Beth Dickman VI, St. Henry and Katheryn & James Lammers, Minster, grandchildren: Emily Lammers, Ryan & Hillary Lange, Sarah Lange, Michelle Lange and fiancé Matt Tobe and Megan Lange, siblings: Mary & Jack Goffena, Hamilton, Tom & Elaine Dickman, North Carolina, David & Laureen Dickman, Grand Rapids, MI, Carol Dickman, Hamilton, mother-in-law Helen Klosterman, Coldwater, in-laws Dale & Kathy Klosterman, Montezuma, Glen & Luella Klosterman, Columbus, John & Linda Klosterman, St. Marys, Sally & Larry Aller, Lawton, OK.
He was preceded in death by grandson Nathan Lammers, parents, father-in-law Maurice Klosterman and sister-in-law Bernice Klosterman.
Henry was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and active in the St. Augustine Arts & Environment Committee. He was a 1955 graduate of Minster High School and a veteran of the Ohio Air National Guard. He retired as a manufacturing engineer from Midmark Corp. and Crown. He was past vice president of the Minster Historical Society, member of the Minster F.O.E. #1391 and the Minster American Legion. Henry loved old cars, especially convertibles woodworking and his family. He was known as "handy Hank."
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, November 27, 2017 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Ohio. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Sunday, November 26 and from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Monday, November 27.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Minster Area Life Squad. Condolences may be left at hogenkampfh.com.
