* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Santa rides in style

Santa Claus waves to the crowd from a 1968 red Oldsmobile Cutlass on Saturday morning in Celina during the annual Reindog parade. Canines dressed in Christmas-themed attire and the Celina High School marching band paraded down Main Street. After the marching band and dancers finished, the Santa house in front of the courthouse was opened for eager children waiting to tell Santa what they wanted for Christmas.
