* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Patricia Otten
Patricia Ann Otten (Stonebarger) 88, a native of Dayton, Ohio, passed away peacefully in Coldwater, Ohio, on December 15, 2017, surrounded by her family.
Pat was married for 66 years to her late husband Barney.
She is survived by her children and in-laws: Peggy and Bernie Kmetz, Dan Otten, Susan and John Fleeger, Mary Kay and Bo Root, Chip and Diane Otten, Patti and Tim O'Neill, Mike and Pam Otten; 15 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; Brother, Bill and Jane Stonebarger; Sister, Judy and Pete Cerar; and many extended family members.
Pat was a strong, devoted, and independent woman who loved and supported her family. She was an avid sports fan. As a mother, school secretary, bookkeeper and volunteer, she impacted the lives of many with her generous, caring and supportive personality. She was an example of strength for all who knew her.
A Mass in her honor will be held on December 23, 2017, at 11:00 am at Holy Trinity Church, 120 E. Main Street, Coldwater OH. Family will greet friends at 10:30 am before the Mass.
Also join the family for a "Celebration of Life" Open House on January 20, 2018, from 2:00 to 6:00 pm at the Carriage Trace Community Center, 6089 Single Tree Lane, Centerville, OH.
