Russell Carolus
Russell Eugene Carolus Sr., 78, of West Milton Ohio, passed away at his home on Tuesday December 12, 2017.
He was born in Dayton, Ohio to the late Russell Simon and Marie (Short) Carolus on August 16, 1939. On December 11, 1971, he married Naomi, who survives.
Russ is survived by his son Russell Eugene (Natalie) Carolus Jr., Daughter Norma J. Carolus, and 4 stepdaughters; sister Charlene Cooper; Brothers: Carl (Kathy),Terry; Grandchildren: Matthew (Elizabeth) Overman, Zachary Overman, Emily Overman, Russell A. (Brittany) Carolus, and Elizabeth (Joe) Crawford, 6 Great Grandchildren, numerous step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
Russ was preceded in death by his parents, brother Danny, and sister Mary Beth Hunt.
Russ enjoyed going fishing, auctions, and going to the YMCA.
A celebration of Russ's life will be held on December 26, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Fayevores Banquets Center, 2334 South Main St., West Milton Ohio. Memorial Service will begin at 6:30 pm with Russ's grandson, Rev. Matthew Overman officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Kleptz YMCA Diabetes Program, 1200 W. National Road, Englewood, OH 45315.
