Doris M. Hoffman, age 88, of Celina, Ohio, passed away at 3:50 pm on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford, Ohio. She was born on July 27, 1929 in Van Wert County, Ohio to the late Delbert and Helen (Rosengarten) Garwood. She married Gaylord L. Hoffman on September 6, 1947, they were together for 70 wonderful years; and he survives in Rockford.
  Other survivors include, a daughter, Linda (Jim) Klingler, St. Marys, Ohio; a son, Rick (Linda) Hoffman, Celina; a daughter-in-law, Judy Hoffman, Ansonia, Ohio; a sister, Lois Krick, Celina; 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
  She was also preceded in death by a son, Larry Hoffman; a daughter, Tammy Hoffman; a grandson; and a great grandson.
  Doris was a loving homemaker and wife. She enjoyed baking, playing cards, and most of all BINGO. She also loved animals, especially dogs. She attended Celina First Church of God, and was a life member of the Celina V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary Post #5713.

Funeral services will begin at 2:00 pm on Monday, January 15, 2018 in the Cisco Funeral Home of Celina, with Kathy Correll officiating; where the family will receive friends from 12:00 pm-2:00 pm prior to the funeral.
  The Celina V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary will hold membership services prior to the start of the funeral at 2:00 pm.
  Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina, Ohio.
