* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

William E. Hurless Sr., 89, a Rockford native, died on Dec. 13, 2017, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Private services were held in December.

Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association.
